Class Structure & Length
Each class is structured into 4 sections
- Lecture/guided meditation/activation (45mins -1 hour)
- Demonstration (15-30mins)
- Live Q & A (15-30mins)
- Homework explanation & assignment (5-15mins)
Each class runs roughly 90mins if you miss or arrive late you can cover what was missed in the reply :)
